Step One-----
1/3 gallon Beef Stock
5/8 cup Tomatoes, Canned -- diced
1/16 pound Barley
1/8 teaspoon Thyme
1/3 each Bay Leaves
1/8 teaspoon Garlic Clove -- minced
1/8 pound Carrots -- minced
1/8 pound Onions -- minced
1/8 pound Celery -- minced
-----Step Two-----
1/3 pound Cooked Beef, Leftover -- diced
1/3 tablespoon Saute Seasoning
1/4 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
-----Step Three-----
1/16 pound Butter
1/8 cup Flour
Recipe
[1) Combine ingredients in STEP ONE in Pot and simmer for 2 hours.
[2) Add Beef & seasonings, and simmer another 10 minutes.
[3) Make roux with Flour and Butter, cook 10 minutes. Use to thicken soup to desired consistency.
