Chili: Miracle Chili

List of Ingredients
10 ounces extra lean white meat ground turkey
1 medium onion, diced
1 (1.25-ounce) package dry chili seasoning (such as McCormick)
2 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 (15 ounce) cans fat free beef broth (like Swanson)
4 stalks celery, diced
2 green peppers, diced
2 medium zucchini, diced
2 medium yellow squash, diced
Recipe
1. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium high heat until hot. Add the ground turkey and chopped onions and saute for about 5 minutes or until browned.
2. Transfer the browned turkey and onions to a large soup pot and add the chili seasoning, diced tomatoes, black beans, beef broth and diced vegetables. Bring the soup to a simmer over medium heat. Continue to simmer for 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Serving size- 1 cup
