Soup: Sapporo Chicken Soup

1 1/4 lb Boneless chicken breasts; cubed
2 tb Coconut oil
1 sm White radish; julienned
1 sm Carrot; juilenned
1 c Potatoes; juilienned
1 Leek; white part only,julienned
1 c Green beans; julienned
4 c Chicken broth
5 tb Soy sauce
2 ts Honey
1/8 ts Salt
1 ts Green peppercorns
1/4 lb Cooked cleaned shrimp
Recipe
Sauté chicken in hot oil until tender. Add
vegetable strips and sauté a few minutes longer,
stirring constantly.
Heat chicken broth and pour over vegetables. Cover pan and simmer 15 minutes.
Season with soy sauce, honey, salt and green
peppercorns. Add shrimp and reheat over low heat
for 1 minute. Serve.
