Soup: Creamy Pasta and Ham Soup

2 (14 1/2-oz.) cans reduced sodium chicken broth
1 (16-oz.) pkg. frozen pasta, broccoli, corn, carrot blend in garlic-seasoned sauce
6-ozs. cooked ham, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 cup water
1 (16-oz.) carton (2 cups) Sour Cream
Recipe
In 4-quart saucepan combine chicken broth, pasta-vegetable blend and ham. Cover and cook over high heat until boiling (6 to 8 minutes). Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender (3 to 5 minutes). Meanwhile, in small bowl combine flour and water. Increase heat to medium. While stirring, slowly add flour mixture to soup. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils (2 to 3 minutes). Stir in sour cream; continue cooking until heated through.
