Soup: Potato Soup II

List of Ingredients
4 chopped poatoes (approx. 4 cups)
2 cups water
1 cup thinly sliced onions
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups milk
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
4 slices of cooked bacon crushed into bits
Recipe
Bring water, potatos, onions, salt and pepper to a boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add milk, parsley, cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Cover and simmer an additional 15 minutes.
YIELD: 6 One Cup Servings
