    List of Ingredients




    1 ½ lbs. ground beef

    1 medium onion, chopped

    1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans, undrained

    1 can (16 oz.) chili beans

    1 small bag frozen corn

    1 can (10 oz.) Rotel tomatoes

    1 can (16 oz.) diced tomatoes

    1 can (4 oz.) mild green chiles

    1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix

    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix

    1 ½ cups water

    NOTE: DO NOT drain the canned ingredients before adding to the mixture.



    Brown ground beef and saute onion together in skillet. Drain off grease.

    Place beef, onion and all remaining ingredients in pot or slower cook and simmer at least 2 hours. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.

    Makes 8 servings.

    This receipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
