Stew: Chunky Skillet Sausage Stew

1 lb. Fully cooked smoked sausage, cut in 2-inch chunks
6 sm. Red potatoes, unpeeled, and quartered
1 sm. Onion, cut into 8 wedges
One 14 1/2 oz. can Stewed Tomatoes, undrained
1/8 Tsp. Pepper
1/2 med. Cabbage, cut in 6 wedges
Recipe
1. In large skillet, combine all ingredients except cabbage; mix well.
Arrange cabbage wedges over top.
2. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Spoon sauce from skillet over cabbage wedges before serving.
