    Vegetable Aioli Platter

    List of Ingredients

    8 oz baby carrots
    8 oz green beans, trimmed
    8 oz green asparagus, trimmed
    1 can baby corn, rinsed, drained
    1 can artichokes, rinsed, drained, cut in half lengthwise
    8 oz cherry tomatoes
    1 med red bell peppers, cored, seeded, cut into strips
    1 lb medium cooked shrimp, peeled, tails left on
    1 jar Life in Provence™ Aioli ( or homemade aioli)

    Recipe

    Steam or blanch the carrots, green beans, asparagus until just crisp-tender.

    Arrange the cooked vegetables, the corn, artichokes, cherry tomatoes, pepper strips and shrimp on a platter with the Life in Provence™ Aioli in the center.
