List of Ingredients
4-6 cooked ears of corn (or 2 cups of sliced corn from cob)
2-3 spicy peppers= (2 tbsp.)
1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup green bell or red sweet pepper Recipe
Tin foil square; add oil or butter (spray) to coat bottom from sticking. Add onions, spicy peppers, sweet peppers, and cilantro.
Place onto grill- sizzle. (Heat thoroughly) Add corn to onions and peppers.
Heat, sizzle-- 4-6 minutes and serve HOT off the grill! Spicy! Great! Easy! A fun and tasty way to use left-over sweet corn!
