Grilled Vegetables

List of Ingredients
½ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons Golden Fig sel de cuisine
3 pounds mixed vegetables, cut up
Recipe
In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and toss to coat vegetables.
Preheat grill to high.
Grill vegetables directly on grill or skewer and grill 4 to 5 minutes per side of just until crisp tender.
Suggested vegetables: peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, fennel, eggplant, corn asparagus.
Vegetables in Grill Wok:
Preheat wok on grill over high heat. Place vegetables in large bowl and sprinkle sel de cuisine and olive oil over. Toss to coat vegetables.
Spoon 1/3 of veggies into preheated wok and grill 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer grilled veggies to serving dish and repeat with remaining veggies.
YIELD: 6-8 Servings
