List of Ingredients
2 cups of carrots
5 whole potatoes (peeled and cuts in cubes)
1 pound of string beans (broken in half)
4 cups of water
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
chopped parsley
4 cups egg noodles
Recipe
Put all vegetables into the water and simmer for about one hour.
As the veggies are simmering, season as desired.
In a large pot, boil 7 cups of water and, when boiling, add the egg noodles.
When they are soft and ready to eat, drain them and place them in a bowl.
When the vegetables are soft, pour them over noodles and serve with a light garlic bread.
