Cheez-it Casserole

List of Ingredients
2 cans (approx. 14 oz.) corn
2 cans (approx. 14 oz.) green beans
1 jar (8-12 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1 meduim onion, chopped
1 stalk of celery, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 box (10 oz.) of cheez-it crackers, crushed
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup almond slices - optional
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray an oblong baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Add all the vegetables and soup to baking dish and mix thoroughly.
Top with crushed cheez-its.
Pour melted butter over the top and sprinkle with the almond slices.
Bake for approx. 30 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
