Classic Macaroni & Cheese with Broccoli

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups macaroni, dry
1 can (10.75 ounces) cheddar cheese soup
1 can milk
1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli, either fresh or frozen
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups mixture of shredded Colby, extra strong cheddar, mild cheddar and mozzarella
Recipe
Cook macaroni per package directions; drain. Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, stir together soup, milk, broccoli, mustard and pepper. Stir in cooked and drained macaroni and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until hot. Stir. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 4 minutes more until cheese melts.
Yields 4 servings.
