8 ounces penne or ziti pasta
2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
1 jar (26-28 ounces)Pasta Sauce
1/2 teaspon salt
3/4 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese (about 3-ounces)
2 tablespoons Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook pasta according to package directions, adding zucchini during last 4 minutes of cooking; drain well.
In 2-quart casserole dish, combine pasta, zucchini, Pasta Sauce and salt.
Top with mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake 15 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
