Creamy Scrambled Egg Wrap-Ups

2/3 cup milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 eggs
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 can mushrooms, pieces and stems, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 flour tortillas
1/2 cup salsa
Recipe
In a large bowl, combine milk, pepper and eggs, beat until well blended.
Melt margarine in skillet over medium heat; add mushrooms.
Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until tender.
Stir in egg mixture.
Cook until eggs are almost set but still moist, stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese, spoon egg mixture down center of tortillas.
Fold in half; top with salsa.
