Creamy Tortellini Primavera

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups asparagus pieces
1 1/2 cups red pepper strips
1 clove gralic - pressed
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons minced chives
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves -- crushed
1 package Tortellini -- cooked and drained
1 1/2 cups Cottage Cheese
1/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Recipe
Cook and stir vegetables in butter until tender.
Stir in chives and basil.
Toss vegetable mixture, tortellini, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Serve with fresh cracked pepper.
