Crispy Pasta with Hot Red Pepper

12 oz Pasta, cooked al Dente, drained, set aside
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp. Hot Red Pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Garlic, minced
1 Onion, Medium, chopped
1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp Basil, dried
3/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
Cook pasta to al Dente, drained, set aside.
In large skillet or wok, combine oil, hot red pepper, garlic, onion, pepper and basil, sauté for one minute.
Add pasta to skillet, toss until heated.
Add bread crumbs and parmesan cheese to pasta, sauté until slightly crusty.
