    List of Ingredients




    5 tomatoes

    3 cups cooked orzo

    1/4 cup black olives, sliced

    1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

    1/4 cup roasted red peppers

    2 teaspoon fresh mint, finely chopped

    1/2 cup goat feta

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    Salt

    Pepper

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

    Stuff tomatoes and cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
