5 tbsp. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
6 medium red-skin potatoes (about 2 pounds) cut into chunks
Recipe
Mix all ingredients except potatoes in a small bowl.
Place potatoes in a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan or on a shallow baking sheet; toss with
mustard mixture.
Bake at 425 for 35 to 40 munutes or until potatoes are fork tender, stirring occasionally
I add parmesan cheese and substitute basil for italian seasoning.
