    List of Ingredients





    1 lb. Frozen Butternut Squash Cubes, or 2 cups chopped butternut squash
    1 cup fresh or frozen cauliflower rough chopped or broken apart.
    4 Whole Garlic Cloves Raw
    2 Cups Potato (Russet, Red or Yukon )
    2 teaspoons Kosher salt (1 teaspoon table salt)
    1 Tablespoon pepper

    Recipe



    Boil and Simmer chopped potato, sqaush cubes chopped cauliflower and garlic cloves till tender, approximately 20 min.

    Drain, and put back into the drained pan and let them dry on the stove for a few minutes on low heat.
    Mash well till smooth. A kitchen Aid mixer works well for this.

    I did not use butter or sour cream when I made this. If you want you can add them if you think it needs it.

    Season with the salt and pepper, adding more if desired.
