Chicken Chimichangas

List of Ingredients
½ c chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 T oil
2 ½ c shredded chicken
½ c salsa
2 c cheddar cheese
sour cream
2 0 oz. containers crescent roll dough
Recipe
Sauté onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add chicken and cool over low heat until heated. Remove from heat.
Separate dough into 8 rectangles. Put 2 T of salsa on each rectangle. Stir 1 c cheese into chicken mixture. Spoon 1/3 mixture on rectangle. Roll up and seal. Bake on greased cookie sheets at 3500 for 16-21 minutes. Top each with remaining cheese and return to oven for 1-2 minutes.
