    1 frying chicken, quartered, washed and skinned
    1 c. buttermilk
    salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
    1 c bread crumbs
    ¾ c sesame seeds
    4 T melted butter

    Recipe



    Place chicken, salt, pepper and garlic (fresh, minced or powdered) in a large bowl. Cover with buttermilk and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. (Don’t worry, buttermilk-haters, you cannot taste the buttermilk, it just makes the meat very tender and helps distribute the seasonings).
    Heat oven to 3500. Place crumbs and sesame seeds in a bowl. Dip each piece of chicken in the crumbs to coat well. Place in a shallow pan. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour basting with the melted butter until the chicken is golden brown.
