    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 pound loaf:

    1 cup plus 2 T. water
    3 cups bread flour
    1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    2 T. sugar
    1 1/2 t. garlic salt
    1 1/2 t. dried oregano leaves
    1 3/4 t. yeast
    2/3 cup sliced pepperoni

    2 pound loaf:

    1 1/3 cups water
    4 cups bread flour
    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    2 T. sugar
    1 1/2 t. garlic salt
    2 t. dried oregano leaves
    1 1/2 t. yeast*
    1 cup sliced pepperoni

    Recipe



    Place all ingredients in bread machine except pepperoni. Add pepperoni in when raisin/nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends. Select basic/white bread cycle and use medium or light crust.

    *Yeast amount is correct although proportionately less than the smaller loaf.
