Hot Crabmeat Dip
List of Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons dry vermouth
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (7 3/4 can) crabmeat,, drained or 8 ounces mock crab, flaked
- Toast points
Instructions
- In the top of a double boiler set over hot water or very low heat; combine cream cheese, mayonniase, vermouth, Dijon, and salt. Cook over simmering water until it is throroughly mixed and warm.
- Add crabmeat; stir gently to combine.
- Transfer dip to a small heatproof dish and keep warm. Serve with toast points.
Final Comments
This is also good with fritos.
