    Mushroom Marinade

    List of Ingredients




    2 1/2 cups salad oil
    1 cup white vinegar
    1 bunch chives, chopped
    1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
    2 1/2 tablespoon sugar
    1 1/2 tablespoons salt
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
    2 teaspoons Worecestershire sauce
    2 teaspoons bottled browning sauce
    1/8 teaspoon prepared mustard
    1 pound fresh muchrooms, washed and patted dry

    Recipe



    Whisk all ingredients except mushrooms in deep bowl until well combined. Add mushrooms. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours or, preferably overnight.
    This marinade also works well with sliced zucchini, cauliflower or broccoli.
