    2 ¼ c flour
    1 pkg Rapid Rise yeast
    3 Tbs sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 ¾ c warm milk (110° - 115°)
    1 large egg-room temp
    3 Tbs butter, melted
    2 tsp vanilla extract

    Recipe







    In large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, & salt. Add warm milk, eggs, butter, & vanilla, stirring just until blended. Cover & let rise in warm, draft-free place until double in size, about 45 min., or cover & refrigerate overnight. Pour batter, ¼ c at a time on a hot griddle or skillet, turning once. Serve immediately.

    These pancakes are very light & fluffy, you will absolutely love them!
