    2 bars (4-oz.) Nestle Unsweetend Baking Chocolate, broken
    3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
    2 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
    2 tablespoons milk
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    Recipe



    1. Microwave chocolate in microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, stirring once. Stir until smooth. Cool completely.

    2. Beat butter, confectioners' sugar and milk with mixer until creamy. Beat at high speed until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add chocolate; beat just until blended. Beat in vanilla extract. Makes about 3 cups.
