    If desired, melt apple jelly and use as a glaze when pork or chicken is almost done cooking.

    1/2 cup apple juice

    1/4 cup soy sauce

    1/4 cup honey

    2 tablespoon lemon juice

    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

    1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

    1/2 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot (or 1/4 teaspoon dried, ground)








    Recipe



    In a bowl, or large zip type bag; mix all the ingredients together.

    Marinate chicken or pork 4 hours.
