    3 pounds pork ribs
    2 tablespoon honey
    2 slices ginger
    2 cloves garlic
    2 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoon sugar
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 tablespoons sherry

    Recipe



    Chop the ginger, crush the garlic. Rub the ribs with salt, ginger, and sugar. Leave to stand 1 hour.
    Combine the soy sauce, sherry, honey and garlic. Marinate the meat in this mixture for 30 minutes to 1 hour turning the meat several times.
    In 375 degree oven place a pan of boiling water. Cook pork for approximately 3/4 to 1 hour. Remove pan with water. Cook pook an additional 15 minutes to brown. Drain sauce and strain. Thicken with cornstarch, serve with pork.
