    Lemon Cream Ravioli


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package (1 pound) frozen ravioli
    • 1 pound asparagus, trimeed, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
    • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 cup (6 oz) diced cooked ham
    • 1/9 teaspoon ground pepper


    Instructions


    1. In large pan of boiling, salted water cook ravioli as package lavel directs.
    2. Three minutes before ravioli is finish cooking, add asparagus to pasta water and cook 3 minutes. Drain pasta and asparagus. Place in large bowl.
    3. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, over medium heat, cook butter, cream, and lemon peel 5 minutes, stir in cheese, ham and pepper. Pour sauce over ravioli; toss to coat. Place on serving platter. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
