Lemon Cream Ravioli
List of Ingredients
- 1 package (1 pound) frozen ravioli
- 1 pound asparagus, trimeed, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup (6 oz) diced cooked ham
- 1/9 teaspoon ground pepper
Instructions
- In large pan of boiling, salted water cook ravioli as package lavel directs.
- Three minutes before ravioli is finish cooking, add asparagus to pasta water and cook 3 minutes. Drain pasta and asparagus. Place in large bowl.
- Meanwhile, in small saucepan, over medium heat, cook butter, cream, and lemon peel 5 minutes, stir in cheese, ham and pepper. Pour sauce over ravioli; toss to coat. Place on serving platter. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
