Chicken- Chili Beer Chicken

List of Ingredients

2 packages Zacky Farm Chicken Breast halves*
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon flour
1/2 teaspoon pepper
6 tablespoon butter
2 onions, sliced
1 bottle (12 oz.) beer
1 cup chili sauce
* I think they usually have about 3-4 halves per pack


Recipe

In shallow dish, mix flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken, one pieces at a time, dredging to coat. In frypan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and 1 of the sliced onions; cook, turning until chicken is brown on all sides. Place chicken and cooked onion in large baking pan. In bowl, mix beer and chili sauce, pour over chicken. Place remainig sliced onion on top of chicken. Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until fork tender. Serves 6.
