Raspberry-Glazed Turkey Tenderloins BBQ

- 1/2 cup seedless red raspberry jam
- 6 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1/2 teaspoon dry or fresh thyme leaves
- 4 turkey breast tenderloins
Instructions
- In a 1- to 1 1/2-quart pan, whisk together jam, vinegar, mustard, orange peel, and thyme. Bring to a boil over high heat; boil, stirring, until reduced by about 1/4 and slightly thickened (2 to 3 minutes). Reserve about 1/2 cup of the glaze to serve with the grilled meat.
- Rinse turkey pieces and pat dry; then coat each with some of the remaining raspberry glaze. Place turkey on a lightly greased grill 4 to 6 inches about a solid bed of coals. Cook, turning to brown evenly and basting frequently with glaze, until meat is no longer pink in thickest part; cut to test 10 to 12 minutes.
- Transfer turkey to individual plates and let guests season to taste with salt. Pass reserved glaze to spoon over meat. Makes 4 servings.
