    Dressing- Martini Garlic Dressing


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon dry vermouth
    • 1 tablespoon gin
    • 1 clove garlic, squeezed through press
    • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    • 1 teaspoon salt


    Instructions


    1. Combine oil, vinegar, vermouth, gin, mustard, sugar and salt in jar with tight cover. Shake well before using. Makes 3/4 cup.
