Dressing- Russian Salad Dressing (Michigan)
List of Ingredients
1 cup oil
1/2 cup tomato juice
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 medium-size onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 egg, lightly beaten
Recipe
1. Combine the oil, tomato juice, vinegar and onion and let stand thirty minutes.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and beat five minutes. Yield about two cups.
