Salad- Zucchini Salad, The Elegant Attic
List of Ingredients
3 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
2/3 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup shredded green pepper
1/2 cup shredded celery
1/2 cup shredded yellow onion
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup Burgundy
2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepperRecipe
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.
Salad will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
