List of Ingredients
3 cups finely chopped plum tomatoes (other tomatoes are fine but usually juicier)
1/3 cup minced onion
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon minced habanero or scotch bonnet chile or 3 jalapeno chiles, seeded and minced (wear rubber gloves or put hand in plastic bag to hold down chile while cutting)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Recipe
Combine ingredients in bowl. Serve. Makes 3 cups.
