Zippy Orange Dipping Sauce
List of Ingredients
1 2/3 cups orange marmalade, (18 oz. jar)
5 tablespoons prepared mustard, creole or brown
5 tablespoons prepared horseradish,
Recipe
I warm the marmalade up in the fridge
(I use my quart-size Pyrex measuring
cup). I prefer not to have large
chunks of the orange peel so I use my
Braun handmixer right in the
measuring cup to smooth the
marmalade. (You could probably put in
food processor for a few seconds but
take care not to over-whir it.
I mix in the mustard and horseradish.
I cover the measuring cup and store
in fridge until ready to use. I
rewarm the mixture until it is loosen
up and texture is even (not
jelly-like blobs) and put in a
serving bowl.
