Pumpkin Banana Bread
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
3 eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
2 med. bananas, mashed
3 c. flour
2 teas. baking soda
1 teas. salt
1/2 teas. baking powder
1 teas. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350. Combine sugar, butter and eggs. Beat at med. speed until light and fluffy. Add pumpkin and bananas, beating until well mixed. Mixture will have a curdled appearance. Add remaining ingrediences, except for the nuts. Mix just until moistened, stir in nuts. Spread in two greased loaf pans or 1 tube pan. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
