Ritzy Chicken Casserole
List of Ingredients
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
1 can of cream of mushroom soup, or cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz. container sour cream
1/2 to 1 c. chicken broth
4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts, cooked
4 oz. margarine, melted
2 sleeves Ritz crackers

Recipe
Crumble one sleeve of crackers in the bottom of a 2 to 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Drizzle half of the melted margarine over the crackers. Mix chicken with woup, sour cream and chicken broth. Pour over crackers. Crush and sprinkle remaining sleeve of crackers over chicken mixture. Drizzle remaining melted margarine over crackers. Bake at 300 for 35-45 minutes. Serves 6
