Sausage Potatoe Casserole
1 lb. bulk sausage
1/4 c. flour
1/2 teas. salt
1/2 teas. pepper
1/2 teas. onion salt
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
Break suasage into small pieces and brown and drain. Place half of the potatoes in a 2 qt. casserole dish, then half of the flour, half of salt, half of pepper, half of onion salt, half of sausage and half of cheese. Repeat process. Pour milk over all. Cover. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
