Blueberry ButterMilk Muffins
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 teas. baking powder
1/2 teas.baking soda
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 teas salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. buttermilk
4 oz. butter
1 1/2 c. blueberries
Sift all dry ingrediences together in a large bowl. In another bowl whisk eggs, buttermilk and butter that has been melted and slightly browned. Make a well in the center of the dry ingrediences and pour the liquid ingrediences in the well. Mixing quickly and fold in blueberries. Pour batter into greased muffin cupa and bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
