    Sweet & Sour Bean Salad

    Sweet & Sour Bean Salad

    1 can yellow wax beans
    1 can green beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. vegtable oil
    1 teas. salt
    1/4 teas. pepper

    Drain liquid off all beans. Put all beans and veggies in a bowl.
    In a sauce pan put sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Stir and boil for 5 minutes. Pour over beans and vegtables and chill over night.
