Cheese Straws

This recipe is from Mrs. Johnson, a lovely woman I used to read to in a Georgia rest home.





List of Ingredients



• 2 cups flour
  
• 2 cups Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp Cheese, grated
  
• 1 cup butter
  
• cayenne to taste
  
• salt to taste
  






Instructions



1. Combine all and put through cookie press in short ribbons.
   






Final Comments


I use different cookie shapes in the cookie press. These freeze well.
