List of Ingredients 1/2 cup butter 10 eggs 1/2 cup flour 1 t baking powder dash salt 1 8 oz can chpped green chilis, drained 1 pt small curd cottage cheese 1 lb. shredded Jack cheese Instructions Melt butter in 13x9 pan and put in bowl. Beat eggs lightly in a bowl and blend in flour, baking powder, salt. Blend into this the melted butter, chilis, cottage cheese, and Jack cheese. Turn into same 13x9 pan. Bake at 400* for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 350* and bake for 35-40 minutes. Let sit 5-10 minutes. Cut into squares. Final Comments Makes about 60 squares. May also add another 8 oz. can chilis. May be made ahead of time and re-heated. Freezes well.
