    Shrimp Dip

    From Bonnie Smith. This is my easiest appetizer, and easily the best!


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 5 oz. cans shrimp, drained and rinsed in cold water
    • 2 T grated onion
    • 1/2 t salt
    • 4 t lemon juice (fresh or Minute Maid)
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 1-2 dashes Tabasco


    Instructions


    1. Shred shrimp in bowl with fingers.
    2. Combine all ingredients.
    3. Serve with potato chips or crackers.


    Final Comments


    I recommend that you not try this with Fritos; it is awful! ;o)
