Shrimp Dip
From Bonnie Smith. This is my easiest appetizer, and easily the best!
List of Ingredients
- 2 5 oz. cans shrimp, drained and rinsed in cold water
- 2 T grated onion
- 1/2 t salt
- 4 t lemon juice (fresh or Minute Maid)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1-2 dashes Tabasco
Instructions
- Shred shrimp in bowl with fingers.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Serve with potato chips or crackers.
Final Comments
I recommend that you not try this with Fritos; it is awful! ;o)
