    Bob's Leg of Lamb

    Recipe Introduction


    This is from Bob Marcy, my aunt's husband and a fabulous cook!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 leg of lamb
    • 3 cans consomme
    • blue cheese
    • worcestershire sauce


    Instructions


    1. Pepper leg of lamb lightly

    2. Cover with blue cheese and worcestershire

    3. Pour consomme over it

    4. Bake slowly for 2 1/2 hours at 325*
