    Pork Tenderloin Allard

    Recipe Introduction


    From my mother-in-law, Audrey Baber. I make this a lot for company.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1-1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
    • 1/2 cup chicken broth
    • 1/2 cup soy sauce
    • 1/4 cup dry sherry
    • 6 T sugar
    • 1 t garlic, minced
    • 1 t red food coloring


    Instructions


    1. Marinate pork in above ingredients for at least 24 hours.

    2. Barbeque about 30 minutes.

    3. Turn and baste often.

    4. To serve, cut across grain in thin slices.



    Final Comments


    4 lbs. serves 16. Can bake in oven 30 minutes at 375*.
