Pork Tenderloin Allard
Recipe Introduction
From my mother-in-law, Audrey Baber. I make this a lot for company.
List of Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 6 T sugar
- 1 t garlic, minced
- 1 t red food coloring
Instructions
- Marinate pork in above ingredients for at least 24 hours.
- Barbeque about 30 minutes.
- Turn and baste often.
- To serve, cut across grain in thin slices.
Final Comments
4 lbs. serves 16. Can bake in oven 30 minutes at 375*.
