    Mayonnaise is the secret ingredient for a rich, moist chocolate cake.

    List of Ingredients





    1 box (18 oz.) chocolate cake mix
    1 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods® Mayonnaise
    1 cup water
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and lightly flour two 9-inch round cake pans; set aside.
    In large bowl, with electric mixer at low speed, beat cake mix, mayonnaise, water, eggs and cinnamon 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed, scraping sides occasionally, 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pans.

    Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. On wire rack, cool 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool completely. Sprinkle, if desired, with confectioners sugar or frost.
