    TJ’s Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup margarine
    4 sq. unsweetened chocolate (4oz. melted)
    2 cups sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cups sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 cup powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Mix margarine, chocolate and sugar, blend in eggs one at a time until well mixed.
    Add vanilla, stir in salt, flour and baking soda
    Chill several hours or overnight
    Preheat oven to 350
    Drop by teaspoonfuls into powdered sugar
    Roll around and shape into balls
    Place about 2 inches apart on a greased sheet
    Bake for 10 or 12 minutes
