Yummy Lemon Dessert
1 cup cold butter
2-cups flour
1 package (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
1-cup confectioners sugar
1 carton (8oz) cool whip
3 cups cold milk
2 packages (3oz each) instant lemon pudding mix
Mix flour and butter until crumbly.
Press into an ungreased 9x13 baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes. Cool
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar
until smooth.
Fold in 1 cup of cool whip. Spread over crust.
Mix pudding mix and milk; mix on low for 2 minutes.
Spread over the cream cheese layer.
Top with the remaining cool whip.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
